Use of Nutshells Wastes in the Production of Lignocellulolytic Enzymes by White-Rot Fungi
نویسندگان
چکیده
HIGHLIGHTS • Nutshells and pine needles are potential substrates for solid-state fermentation. G. lucidum was able to use nutshells need as growing. produced the highest yield of lignocellulolytic enzymes. L. edodes P. ostreatus produce cellulases xylanases less efficiently that lucidum.

Production of ligninolytic enzymes by cultures of white rot fungi.
Some Basidiomycota were chosen for studies of key ligninases synthesis (25°C, 30 days) in modified medium (shaken or not cultures) with added wheat straw. Liquid Czapek medium with straw yielded a higher amount of laccase than peroxidase, ground straw induced enzyme worse than chopped straw. With peroxidase the reverse dependencies were observed. Laccase of Lentinus edodes synthesized two enzym...
متن کاملDegradation of Three Aromatic Dyes by White Rot Fungi and the Production of Ligninolytic Enzymes
This study was conducted to evaluate the degradation of aromatic dyes and the production of ligninolytic enzymes by 10 white rot fungi. The results of this study revealed that Pycnoporus cinnabarinus, Pleurotus pulmonarius, Ganoderma lucidum, Trametes suaveolens, Stereum ostrea and Fomes fomentarius have the ability to efficiently degrade congo red on solid media. However, malachite green inhib...

Production of Lignocellulolytic Enzymes by Mushrooms
Biopolymers contained within or derived from plant biomass form by far the largest pool of soil carbon. The decomposition of lignocellulose in the soil environment thus attracts considerable attention. Lignocellulose is composed mainly of the polysaccharidic polymers cellulose and hemicelluloses, and the polyphenolic polymer lignin. During transformation in soils, humic substances (humus, humic...
متن کاملHYPERPRODUCTIVITY OF EXTRACELLULAR ENZYMES FROM INDIGENOUS WHITE ROT FUNGI (P. chrysosporium IBL-03) BY UTILIZING AGRO-WASTES
An indigenous locally isolated white rot fungal strain Phanerochaete chrysosporium IBL-03 was investigated for the hyper-production of ligninolytic enzymes from different agro-industrial wastes including wheat straw, rice straw, banana stalks, corncobs, corn stover, and sugarcane bagasse as substrate material in still culture fermentation technique. Screening experiments were performed at 30C f...
